Why our name has a line through it

The Immortal Extraits monogram in gold, with the word Immortal struck through, lit by a beam of light.
  • The line through Immortal says nothing lasts forever, but a great scent comes close.
  • Extraits is the French plural of extrait, the richest form of perfume, and the only kind we make.
  • Every scent comes in the same 50ml bottle, at the same price.
  • The bottles are numbered in the order they're released, from N° 01 to N° 31.

People often ask about our logo. The word Immortal has a line straight through it, and it isn't a mistake. It's the idea the whole house is built on.

Nothing lasts forever

We know that nothing is truly immortal. A fragrance fades from the skin, a moment passes, a season changes. So we struck the word through.

But a great fragrance comes close. It stays on your skin through the day, lingers on a scarf, and lives on in the memory of the people you pass. Smell can bring back a person or a place years later, more vividly than almost anything else. That's the kind of scent we want to make: one that stays with people long after you've left the room.

Why "Extraits"

An extrait de parfum is the richest, most concentrated form a fragrance comes in, and Extraits is simply the French plural. It's a promise: every scent we make is an extrait. They're richer, they sit closer to the skin, and you only need a few sprays. If you'd like to know more, read extrait de parfum vs eau de parfum.

One bottle, one price

Every Immortal Extraits scent comes in the same matte black 50ml bottle, with the same monogram, at the same price. We'd rather you chose a fragrance because you love how it smells than because of how it's dressed or what it costs.

Why every bottle has a number

Our scents are numbered in the order they're released. Coco Vanille is N° 01, the first. Thirty more, from N° 02 to N° 31, are sealed in the vault until their release day, and their names are only revealed when they arrive. You can get a first look at the next two, and ask to hear the moment they're out, in the vault.

Luxury in every drop

That's the line you'll see on our posters, and it's what we aim for in every bottle. Read more about the house in our story.
