Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: usually 2 to 3 working days, £3.99. Free on orders over £50.00.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: usually the next working day, £5.99.

Card orders are packed once payment is confirmed. Bank transfer orders are packed once the payment reaches us. We email you a tracking number when your order is on its way.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days of your tracking email, contact us with your order number.

Returns and refunds

Changed your mind

You can cancel your order and return unopened items. Tell us within 14 days of the day your order arrives, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. The bottle must be unused, with its seal and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons we can't accept perfume that has been opened or sprayed, unless it is faulty.

You pay the cost of sending a return unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We refund the price of the returned items, and the standard delivery charge if you return your whole order, within 14 days of receiving the return. Refunds go back to the way you paid.

Damaged or faulty

If a bottle arrives broken, leaking or faulty, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or give you a full refund, including delivery. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Privacy

is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect and why

• Orders: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, so we can send your order and contact you about it.
• Release list: your email address, only to tell you when new scents are released. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
• Reviews: the name and review you submit are published. Your email, if you give it, is only used to check you bought from us and is never published.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form, so we can reply.
• Accounts: if you create one, your name, email, and the phone number and address you choose to save. Your password is scrambled in your browser before it's sent, and we only keep a one-way code made from it, so nobody, including us, can read it. Each time you sign in we also email you a 6-digit code, so your password alone isn't enough to get in. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Who else handles it

• Stripe processes card payments. We never see or store your card details.
• Google stores our order records and sends our emails.
• Royal Mail receives your name and address to deliver your parcel.

We keep order records for 6 years for tax purposes. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the other information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your bag is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. If you sign in, your browser remembers it for up to 30 days, until you sign out. Stripe uses its own cookies on its payment page to prevent fraud.

• Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery is shown before you pay.
• Your order is accepted when we email your confirmation. If we can't supply something you ordered, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
• Each Immortal Extraits scent is a 50ml extrait de parfum. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the photos.
• Perfume is flammable. Keep it away from heat and flames, and out of reach of children. Stop using it if it irritates your skin.
• Our returns policy is above. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UK consumer law.
