Questions
When will my order arrive?
We send orders by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually takes 2 to 3 working days, or Tracked 24, which usually arrives the next working day. You'll get an email with your tracking number when your order is on its way.
Delivery is free on orders over £50.00.
How can I pay?
By debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna, all on Stripe's secure checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear automatically on phones and browsers that support them. We never see or store your card details.
You can also pay by bank transfer. Choose it at checkout and we'll email you our bank details and your order number.
When does a bank transfer order get sent?
As soon as your payment reaches us. Use your order number as the payment reference so we can match it. We'll email you when it has arrived.
Can I return a perfume?
Yes, if it's unopened and still sealed. Let us know within 14 days of delivery and send it back within 14 days of telling us. For hygiene reasons we can't take back bottles that have been opened, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
What is an extrait de parfum?
The most concentrated form of perfume, with more fragrance oil than an eau de parfum or eau de toilette. It's richer, sits closer to the skin, and a few sprays are enough.
When is the next scent released?
Thirty more are sealed in the vault. Leave your email at the bottom of any page and we'll tell you as soon as the next one is out.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. We deliver to UK addresses only for now.
